The Scientific Committee is pleased to confirm that funds from the previous Congress
have been allocated towards assisting the attendance of individuals from the following
categories:

Scholarships for delegates from resource limited settings - Closed *

Scholarships for junior researchers - Closed
If you have applied for a Junior Researchers Scholarship, you will be advised of the acceptance status of your application by mid-September 2010. If you have not received notification from the Secretariat by 30 September 2010, please would you be so kind as to e-mail hiv10@kp360group.com to confirm the outcome.
* If you have applied for resource-limited or community assistance, you will be advised of the
acceptance status for applications by early August 2010. In the event that you have not heard from us by
Friday 6 August 2010 please be so kind as to contact us at
hiv10@kp360group.com to confirm the outcome.
The number of Awards available in each category is limited, and applicants are advised
to pursue other funding options as well. The Congress will not provide financial assistance
to delegates who arrive at the Congress without a confirmed award.
Separately, the HIV Research Trust (HIVRT), a charity established by the International
Congress on Drug Therapy in HIV Infection in 2003, provides scholarships to doctors,
nurses, scientists and other health professionals in resource-poor settings who
want to acquire research skills, methods or training which they can only obtain
